This ryokan has a blended look and feel, with some super-traditional rooms alongside some more contemporary ones with international-style amenities. We particularly like those that feature an ‘irori’ – a traditional Japanese sunken fireplace.
There are small shared hot spring pools, though no private ones, so it's a traditional 'no bathing suits' situation if you want to use them. Enjoy complimentary coffee and bike hire, and experience multi-course kaiseki dining.
Leisure: shared onsen pool, kaiseki dining, bike hire
