Whether dashing between street food stalls in Hanoi, tucking into cao lầu noodles in Hoi An, biting into a spicy banh mi sandwich in Ho Chi Minh City, or savouring fresh fruit and seafood in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam is the destination in Asia for foodie heaven.
