Warwick Gardens

Nuwara Eliya | Superior

A restored Colonial mansion, tucked away in a 30 acre estate near the town of Nuwara Eliya, Warwick Gardens is perfectly placed for exploring Sri Lanka's lush tea country, Horton Plains National Park, and Adam's Peak.

Decor throughout the 19th century building is unfussy but traditional, with the focus on comfortable furnishings, antiques, and rich textiles. Accommodation consists of only three deluxe rooms, each individually styled with fine furniture and en suite bathrooms, and the White Room and Master Bedroom, both furnished with antiques and offering spectacular views. Two of the deluxe rooms have four poster beds while the other has twin Edwardian beds, both made of walnut and particularly charming.

There's no restaurant - the resident cooks prepare produce fresh from the estate, on request, to your specifications. You can enjoy this anywhere from your room, the cosy dining room, or the lawn, to a picnic on the hills above.
