One of the oldest hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, the Grand was originally built in the 1920s and, despite extensive renovation work in recent years, it still retains much of its original French Colonial-era charm. The spacious guest rooms are set around a central pool and are finished in a luxurious Colonial style, with rich fabrics, dark woods and ornate accessories.
There is a charming courtyard pool, a small gym, and several good dining opportunities, although it's worth bearing in mind that, since the hotel is located on fashionable Dong Khoi Street in the heart of downtown Ho Chi Minh City, you'll have the best of the city's restaurants and boutiques right on your doorstep.
