Asia Destination Specialist

The Destination Specialist role is a complex and varied one, working directly with our clients, you'll use your travel experience and knowledge, handling calls and email enquiries, booking flights and liaising with our suppliers across Asia to curate individually tailored holidays to your specialist destinations.
You'll be looking after your clients at every step of the way, ably assisted by our support team to deliver outstanding service throughout the client journey.
As part of our self organising structure, you'll have bags of autonomy to make decisions and play an important role in developing your specialist destinations and have your say in how the company moves forward.
We're looking for an experienced travel consultant, ideally with a background working for a tour operator who understands what it takes to deliver exceptional travel planning and high quality customer service.
You'll have a passion for all things Asia and a desire to go that extra mile. You'll be a good listener, understanding your clients' needs and developing journey ideas with them. Our trips can be complex and often require thinking outside the box so you'll need good written English, plenty of attention to detail and be a strong problem solver.
You'll love the idea of challenging yourself, continuing to learn and develop. You'll feel comfortable working autonomously however we're not looking for a lone wolf. You'll be a team player, happy getting stuck in helping others when needed adding to our belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts!
A salary up to £38,500 depending on experience (OTE c. £42,000)
25 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays
A Monday – Friday working week
Flexible working day between 0700 and 1900 (40 hrs p/w)
Hybrid working (ideally we look for our sales team to work 1-2 days a week in our Brighton office)
