Located close to Wilpattu National Park, Taru Villas Villu is a compact boutique property set within quiet grounds. Rooms are tastefully designed with a simple, contemporary feel, creating a comfortable space between safaris.

Days are centred around early morning and afternoon park drives, with time to relax by the pool in between. Intimate and well paced, it suits travellers wanting a more personal wildlife base.

We had had several discussions with Andrew, our agent, before booking the trip and he incorporated all the activities we were interested in plus recommending other activities that he knew we would be interested in.
