Punsisi Rest offers no-frills comfort with sweeping views over Ella Gap. Rooms are straightforward but airy, with balconies that open to misty sunrises and the scent of eucalyptus drifting from the surrounding hillsides. It’s a modest space, but the outlook is anything but.

Use it as a base for early hikes to Little Adam’s Peak, rail journeys through tea country, or quiet evenings watching the sky turn gold. The vibe is relaxed, local, and all about the view.
