In a wonderfully restful rural setting, the Kithala Resort is the ideal base from which to explore Yala National Park and the sacred jungle shrine of Kataragama.
Large lakes, reservoirs, forested national parks and paddy fields provide your scenic backdrop. From the resort’s swimming pool or your private balcony/terrace you can watch the sun slowly sink over the neighbouring paddy fields. Accommodation is of a good size, simple and stylish, but the surrounds here take centre stage.
