Philippines weather & when to go: October
October overview
October sees the rainy season starting to sputter out across the Philippines, and by the end of the month dry days outweigh damp days, although heavy rainfall is still to be expected in Luzon and the northern regions.
October's weather in detail
Typhoons continue to be a risk during October. There is less chance of typhoonal activity in the southern Visayas and Palawan, as they are more protected by other islands.
With daily temperatures starting to fall slightly to a more bearable average of 25-27°C, it can be a pleasure to visit the Philippines during October, especially later in the month.
