Opened in 2008, the extremely striking Serenade Hotel is everything you could want from a first class hotel in Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter. The pretty guest rooms are all well sized and bright, combining modern touches with dark woods and traditional fabrics. The sleek, glass sided bathrooms are also a very nice feature.
The location, arguably the best in the city, is just two minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and in the very heart of the Old Quarter, making it ideal for clients wishing to explore this fascinating city by foot. Although the facilities are minimal, as with many of Hanoi's boutique hotels, the basement breakfast restaurant and roof terrace bar are both very impressive, with the latter making a delightful setting for a pre-dinner drink.
