Visas
Many guests to Thailand staying for under 30 days will not require a pre-arranged tourist visa. For members of these 57 nationalities, only the need to stay over 30 days will require you to obtain your visa before entering the county (this is without exiting the country; each time you re-enter you are awarded another 30 days).
The standard visa costs $15 and takes 5 days to be issued. It is a single entry visa that allows you to travel in the country for 60 days. The embassy does offer an express service as well as a multiple entry visa, both at additional cost.
You will need one clear page and your passport should be valid for at least another 6 months.
