Nestled close to the Burmese border, Lake Laem is part of Khao Laem National Park, an outstandingly picturesque region of Thailand, well away from 'the beaten track'. You’ll stay aboard a comfortable, well-equipped houseboat, disarmingly similar to an everyday house but conveniently propelled around the lake on a four day safari. You’ll get ample opportunity to disembark & explore villages, waterfalls, caves & other interesting places, as well as experience an hour-long elephant ride. While on board, your cook will provide cuisine typical of the region, & your time can be spent relaxing, fishing & swimming.
