Asia's Cooking Schools
For those keen to learn a little more about the cuisine of Asia, besides eating in a wide variety of restaurants, we suggest trying your hand at creating a few dishes at one of the many excellent cooking schools to be found throughout the region. Typically you’ll make between three and five dishes (but only once the resident chef has shown you how it’s done first!). Everything is usually prepared for you in advance, making it a hassle-free, fun experience that is suitable for all standards, even complete novices. And the best bit? Sitting down at the end of the morning and enjoying your creations for lunch, of course.
