Introduction

Centrally located in the northern Vietnamese city of Ninh Binh, the Thuy Anh’s key features are undoubtedly it's central location and the roof top views of the towering limestone karsts that surround the city. The hotel offers a basic but sufficient standard of accommodation and there is a courtyard restaurant serving international and Vietnamese cuisine. The roof top bar is now very run down but does allow good views across the city and on to 'Halong without water'!
