Emergency contact details
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring whilst you are away, you should immediately contact your guide and/or use the local emergency contact details that will have been included with your final travel documents.
Alternatively you can also contact the UK sales office during working hours - see full contact information - here
Additional useful information
Most of our guests have access to an email account whilst they are away. Before you leave home, we recommend you send yourself an email with the following details:
- Passport #, expiry date, issue date and issuing agency. Also make a note of any visa #’s for the countries you are visiting.
- Emergency contact # – a close member of your family or a friend. Choose someone who will know how to get in touch with others if required.
- Your insurance document #’s and the emergency medical contact #.
- Our contact details – see above.
- If you have an existing medical complaint, you might consider including your doctor’s contact details. (Remember to inform your insurer of any existing condition before taking a policy – click here for further details).
- Any existing prescription details
Alternatively you may wish to give a copy of all these details to a travelling companion.
