June Overview
By June rain is expected throughout the country. Temperatures remain high, however the rains help break the humidity making life a little more comfortable (avg temp: 28°C). Avoid the short, heavy showers and you will find that this is a very pleasant month to be in Cambodia with one great benefit being the thinner crowds at the Angkor Temples. On the south coast and in more rural regions, such as Ratanakiri, rainfall can be heavier.
