Follow the Mekong

Choose another holiday
Sunset over the Kemong River, Luang Prabang
Follow the lifeblood of Asia & discover a diverse range of cultures & experiences.

The ultimate Indochina journey - Follow the Mekong covers all the highlights that Laos, Cambodia and Southern Vietnam have to offer. Start your journey in Thailand's Chiang Rai before crossing the border into Laos and making the first (of several!) river journeys on the mighty Mekong River - the 'lifeblood of Asia'.

Travel through Indochina, sticking close to the Mekong River, taking in sites such as Luang Prabang, the Angkor Temples, Wat Phou, Si Phan Done and finally the Mekong Delta.

As with all our itineraries, we have created lots of free time for you to enjoy as you please. If you would prefer a more ‘complete travel programme’ we will be happy to oblige. We can also tailor this holiday to meet your exact needs - your holiday, your way.
