Floating tents?!
A world away from any other hotel you’ve stayed in
It took us ages to fully believe it, & then only after we’d sent one of the team out to scout it. But we’re pleased to report that the 4 Rivers Floating Lodge really is like nothing else we’ve seen in Asia. 10 minutes by speedboat from the nearest road, with only mangrove forest & the distant sounds of a small fishing village for miles around it, the Lodge consists of 12 luxury safari-style tents, erected on tethered platforms floating on the Tatai River. There’s an outdoor restaurant, kayaking, trekking to waterfalls & to a fantastic eco-project in the Cardamom Mountains.
