Located just a few minutes walk from the nearby lake, and at the foot of Pindaya’s famous cave, the Conqueror Resort consists of a series of chalet-style rooms and suites set out amongst pleasant gardens.
The chalets come in a range of standards, from very large (and surprisingly appealing) traditional-style bamboo ‘huts’, to more luxurious split-level wooden suites, which feel closer to a Swiss ski-chalet than a bamboo hut!
All are extremely generous in size with a rustic aesthetic, combining a wooden build with local furnishings. Each has its own veranda and working fireplace to help in the chilly winter months. To the rear there is a very welcome, very large pool and terrace, which are only open in high season. There is also a pleasant restaurant and decking area near the main entrance.
