This website is our shop front and brochure rolled into one. However, we are not a faceless operation. Behind the website there is a team of over 80 staff and associated staff across 7 countries who will be involved with processing your booking. The head office, and the heart of the operation, is located in Brighton, UK with an additional sales office located in Melbourne, Australia.

2. Once you have selected your ideal holiday you will complete a request form. We do not ask for any kind of payment at this stage and you are in no way committed to booking. It is now that the wheels really go into action our end. We check availability for every element of your itinerary and confirm the details with you.
3. Your consultant will then come back to you and confirm the entire programme, including suggested hotels and any alternative accommodation to be used. If you are booking your flights with us we will also be able to confirm availability for these.
4. Once everything is in place and you are happy with all the details, we then require you to make a deposit to secure the booking and allow us to firm things up with various suppliers and hotels. The deposits are generally as follows:
Over 10 weeks until your departure
20% deposit on all land arrangements and £100 per person for all flights. The full balance payment will be due 10 weeks before your holiday starts.
(please note: these payment terms are liable to change - your consultant will advise you at the time of booking. Some discounted flight tickets full payment almost immediately- your booking notes will include this information).
Within 10 weeks of your departure
In most cases we will need to take full payment almost immediately. There are exceptions and your consultant will be able to advise you.
5. You are booked and ready to go.
Please note
In Asia many festivities and bank holiday periods differ from those in the West. During festivals such as TET (Chinese and Vietnamese New Year), most of Vietnam shuts down for a week – and getting booking confirmations can take longer than our standard timelines.
