Flights to Asia: Recommended Airlines
Asia is one of the best connected continents in the world with only the US and Europe receiving more flights each year. This means that all Selective Asia holidays are easily to reach from most corners of the globe.
Bangkok is the biggest 'hub' (airport) in Indochina and Thailand - it's also just a short hop from the start and finish points of the majority of holidays we arrange in the region.
As well as flights throughout Thailand; Bangkok also connects to Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Siem Reap and Phnom Penh amongst others
For Borneo and across Malayasia, the new international airport at Kuala Lumpur is ideally placed, with both Malaysian Airlines and Air Asia flying throughout the region.
Our preferred choice of worldwide carriers:
Scheduled Airlines

Thai Airways - a fantastic carrier that connects a vast number of Asian destinations. They often offer discounted 'add-on' flights meaning that when you fly with them to Bangkok you get an additional short-haul flight (add-on) at a discount or sometimes even for free. You are almost always allowed to stop in Bangkok for an unlimited amount of time and Selective Asia will be happy to help with any arrangements you need if you wish to take a break in the 'land of smiles'!

Singapore Airlines - offering great connections to almost all major Asian destinations. A quality airline, they often get voted amongst the world's best carriers. Stops in Singapore are usually allowed - Selective Asia will be happy to help you with any arrangements you may require in Singapore.

Malaysian Airlines - along with excellent deals to the Malay Peninsular and Borneo, Malaysian Airlines often have excellent specials to Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand that also allow you to stop in Kuala Lumpur or even add on a flight to a Malaysian island. Selective Asia will be happy to help you with any additional arrangements you may require.
EVA Air - one of the airline industry's best kept secrets. Extremely competitive direct flights from the UK and well priced connections onto other destinations within Indochina. EVA Air also has a very popular 'mid-cabin service' with larger seats and extended pitch for a minimal extra charge.
